2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn Review & Pricing

The All-New 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn is a great mix of value, flexibility and optional equipment so it is very easy to find one that fits just about anyone’s needs!

Engine & Transmission:
This particular Big Horn is powered by the 5.7L Hemi V8 with VVT (Variable Value Timing) and Multi-Displacement System (MDS). The MDS deactivates a cylinder bank to operate in a 6 or 4 cylinder mode while at highway speeds to improve fuel economy. It features an 8-Speed Automatic Transmission.

Towing: 12,750 lbs with a 392 gear ratio.

Interior:
This 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn features an 8.4” Touchscreen with UConnect and navigation, premium cloth seats with a front bench seat to bring the seating capacity to 6. The front driver’s seat and primary passenger seat are heated, along with a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel; great for winter in Alberta! Tilt and telescopic steering wheel and adjustable petals allow you to bring the petals forward or move them further away. Great for driver’s of all heights! 7″ Fully customizable driver’s cluster display shows important information such as how many kilometers you can travel before reaching empty, tire pressure and more. The Big Horn is also equipped with front and rear Park-Sense System. AUX and USB equipped.

Interior Back Seating:
Features 2 USB-C Ports and 2 USB ports. The rear bench seat is split 40/60, there is no transmission hub reducing leg room and comfort in the rear, and it also has an in-floor storage bin (Ram Bin). *New for 2019, you no longer have to move the front seat forward to get access to the Ram Bin.*

Exterior:
Taller box offering increased secured storage space for items, rear bumper step has been lowered to make getting in and out easier, along with an easy-drop tailgate which prevents it from dropping too quickly which is hard on vehicles.
